This website is managed by Nordic Learning Intelligence Oy, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider". The purpose of the website is to provide information about a SaaS service under development and collect contact details from interested users.

2. Waitlist and service launch

By joining the waitlist, the user expresses interest in the service.

Joining the waitlist does not create a paid customer relationship and does not obligate the user to purchase the service later.

The Service Provider does not guarantee the final launch date, features, or availability of the service.

The Service Provider has the right to modify the planned service concept or decide not to launch the service without separate notice.

3. Intellectual property rights

All content presented on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of the Service Provider or its partners. Copying or using the content without written permission is prohibited.

4. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". The Service Provider is not liable for:

• Possible technical errors or service interruptions on the website.
• Direct or indirect damages related to information published on the website.
• Third-party services (e.g., Firebase) used in the technical implementation.
